🔁 Refund & Returns Policy
At Kody Fable Press, your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
📦 Returns Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The book(s) arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unread and in original condition
We do not accept returns for:
- Books that have been read, used, or damaged by the customer
📝 How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@kodyfablepress.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Include clear photos if the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Wait for our return authorization before sending anything back.
Note: Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We’ll notify you by email when your refund is processed.
🔄 Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know in your return request. We'll process it based on availability.
