🛒 How to Place an Order

1. Browse your favorite titles and add them to your cart.
2. Proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping and payment details.
3. You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after you complete your purchase.
4. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information to monitor your delivery.

⏱️ Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

🔁 Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

• The book(s) arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Items are unread and in original condition

To request a return:

1. Email us at info@kodyfablepress.com with your order number and reason.
2. Include a photo if the item is damaged or incorrect.
3. Wait for return authorization before sending the item back.

💰 Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
